One Time Account Setup
This guide will walk you through the Stripe Setup for your Pool Office Manager Software.

Settings > Edit Company> Billing Info> Connect with Stripe
1. Create an account through Stripe. Follow the prompts and finalize your Stripe account by verifying the confirmation email you will receive.
2. When complete, the Settings page should display a green button saying You’re Already Connected with Stripe, to signify a successful connection.
3. You can update the default due days as well.

If you want to run a sales tax report, you can choose the date range of the days you want the sales tax to be displayed.

For an itemized report, select the Export button

To record in QuickBooks, you will need to deduct the sales tax from your Sales account.
- For example, if on a cash basis, our taxable receipts total $2.70. We would record the sales tax in QuickBooks, paid from the account used.
