Emails going to Spam and Junk FoldersUpdated a year ago

If you're experiencing an issue that your customers claim the emails sent through POM are going to their Spam or Junk folders, please follow the steps below:

 

1. Check your email has proper DNS settings. Using a fake customer account in POM, add the email for the customer using the website below:

https://www.mailgenius.com/

On this website, you'll be given a specific email address, copy and paste that address into the profile and send an email through the program to that address.

2. View the email report provided from this email evaluation, save it and send or share the link with: [email protected]

3. POM staff will evaluate the issue and provide further instructions or updated DNS records you can add to your domain to help avoid landing in Spam Folders
