Editing Services That Have Been Completed

If you edit a past completed service, you can send an updated report to a customer.

Service> Choose Customer> Edit

If I forgot to grab a part at a past customer’s house, then I can easily adjust the time that I was at their house despite already completing the service report. 

Or if I forgot to add a bag of chlorine in my service report, I can easily add it to the service report.

Finally, I can press the Save Service Visit button to save any changes I made.

Optionally, I can also choose to resend my service report to the customer.
