Viewing a Monthly Calendar of Appointments

Schedule> View Calendar (bottom of the page)

If you click on a specific date, you can see who has the appointment, what work needs to be done, and the technician is servicing the appointment.

If I click on July 11 for example, I can see the 4 different appointments that occurred on this date.

You can also filter by services or technicians. This can be helpful to see how many pool openings you have at the beginning of the season or see how many appointments a technician is handling on any given week.

Joey Test for example has 10 appointments during the week of July 7th.
