Outage: Cannot Access or LoginUpdated 2 years ago

If you navigate to your company's website xxx.poolservicemanager.com and you have a title that says Error, 502, 504 or anything else that prevents you from logging in and accessing your software:

Report an Urgent Request here: https://poolofficemanager.com/status/

 

If you can access your login page, and it says the correct company name but you cannot login:

  • Try the Forgot Password link
  • Submit a Ticket using the link in the upper right hand corner of this page or under the menu
  • Call 614-710-0074 ext 3
