Creating a user 

Adding a new user allows someone else to log in into the software, have appointments scheduled for them, and/or access the system's information.

Settings > Edit Users> Create User

  • Tip! The technician must have a unique email address (cannot have the same email as another technician in the software)

A user can either be an admin or have selected abilities.

  • Admin: full access to anything and everything
  • Has ability to send emails and text messages to customers: If selected, the user can use the email and texting buttons to send messages customers. If not selected, the email and text buttons will not appear to them
  • Has ability to delete: If selected the user will be able to use the delete buttons in the software to delete created appointments, services, etc… If not selected, the delete button will not appear to that user anywhere in the software
  • Has ability to edit: If selected the user will be able to use the edit buttons in the software to edit created appointments, services, etc… If not selected, the edit button will not appear to that user anywhere in the software
  • Has ability to see pricing:If selected, the user can access the Sales tab and view pricing for all customers in the software. If not selected, the user will not be able to see any pricing for customers and inventory
  • Has ability to see all technician appointments: If selected, the user can view all appointments scheduled in the software, assigned to any technician or unassigned. If not selected, the user will only see appointments they are assigned to.
  • Has ability to see customer list: If selected, the user can view all customers in the software. If not selected, users can't see the customer list but can see individual customers through appointments.
  • Has ability to see service list: If selected, the user can view all services in the software. If not selected, users can't see the service list but can see individual services through appointments.
  • Has ability to edit services: If selected, the user can edit all services in the software. If not selected, users can't edit items in the service list.
  • Has ability to edit customers: If selected, the user can edit all customers in the software. If not selected, users can't edit customers.
  • Has ability to invoice customers: If selected, the user can invoice any customer and mark the customer as billed. If not selected, users can't invoice customers.
  • Has ability to upload images from gallery: If selected, the user can upload images from their phone's gallery. If not selected, users can't upload images from their gallery.

 

Editing a user

To Edit a Technician: Click on the green button with a pencil to edit any information including Login credentials

Deleting a user

To Delete a technician: Click the red trashcan next to the User in the list
