Creating New Fields in Customer Profiles

Creating custom fields in the customer profile allows you to save and store additional fields.

Settings > Edit Custom Fields and Reports> Customer Tab

1) In the Field Name Box, name the new field you want to create. You can also customize this to be a checkbox, date or any other applicable field for pool technicians to fill out in the service report.

2) Create Custom Field

3) The field you created is now saved, so you will now see this field in your service reports.

 

Viewing Custom Fields

Customer> Customer Profile

The new custom fields can be updated by editing a customer profile.
