Creating Custom Fields, Templates and Reports
Setting > Edit Custom Fields and Reports
You can adjust the fields on the service report page, order the fields are displayed, set required fields, and remove fields that you do not need. This will update the mobile apps for users in the field.
When creating a service report, you will have various page numbers, similar to the app. Also, you can now save the report using the current time as the ‘End Time’
The Emailed Report to the customer will contain only the desired fields:

Settings> Edit Custom Fields and Reports> Service Report Templates
Create or Edit a template
Drag and Drop into the correct order, add fields or remove them, select whether to make them required for the user in the field and if you'd like to include them in the emailed service report
To assign a specific template to a service type:
select Enable Service Types to use the template for all appointments/services of that service type
Creating a Custom Field (service)
Settings> Edit Custom Fields and Reports> Custom Fields
Create custom fields to be added into the service report templates, in addition to the default provided fields
Creating a Custom Profile Fields (Customer)
Settings> Edit Custom Fields and Reports> Customer
Create custom fields to be added into Customer Profiles, such as pool details
