Visual cues are helpful reminders to streamline operations.

Settings> Edit Company> Visual cues tab

1. Hide estimated arrival time in appointment emails sent to customers  If checked, appointment emails to customers will only contain the day and not the time range

— If NOT checked, a time will be displayed to a customer of 1 hour prior to the set appointment time, and 3 hours after the set appointment time.

2. Automatically set photos to private by default - If checked, the private option will be selected when uploading photos, the user will manually have to uncheck the box to have the photo be visible to the customer

3. Automatically include the quote tag when adding a new customer-If checked, when a new customer is created, the quote tag will be added by default.

 

Sanitation Options

1. Sanitizer Displayed  Sanitation Options  This feature informs the technicians the sanitation type designed for a specific pool. This ensures that for Salt, Bromine or other specialty chemical pools technicians are carrying the right chemicals.

2. To setup the feature, create your various options for types of Sanitizers, and select a color that will be displayed as a dot in the appointment page.

  • Salt and Bromine Options are created, with Blue and Red respectively

In a customer profile, you can select the Sanitizer (Displayed) for a client.

When a technician is viewing their Appointments, they will see the colored dot displayed next to the appointment, this is also available in the mobile app
