If you are having an issue that appears to be a software bug or problem:

  • Take a screenshot or screen recording (Free Easy to use screen recording tool: https://screencast-o-matic.com/screen_recorder)
  • List the steps or actions taken that cause the bug or issue to occur
  • If for the mobile app, please include details such as
    • Phone Model
    • Apple or Android
    • Version of the App installed (Select Menu on the app and look for number: 3.53)
    • If the issue happens only on 1 device or for other technicians/devices
