If you are having an issue that appears to be a software bug or problem:
- Take a screenshot or screen recording (Free Easy to use screen recording tool: https://screencast-o-matic.com/screen_recorder)
- List the steps or actions taken that cause the bug or issue to occur

If for the mobile app, please include details such as
- Phone Model
- Apple or Android
- Version of the App installed (Select Menu on the app and look for number: 3.53)
- If the issue happens only on 1 device or for other technicians/devices
