Customize appointment frequency and easily email customers a reminder.

Creating an Appointment
From a Customer Profile, Schedule Page or Appointment page, click Create Appointment. Then add in the mandatory fields such as customer and type. Feel free to add in additional details such as the technician, time, duration etc.
If you choose to make this appointment a recurring event, you will fill out these additional fields
If you want to email an appointment reminder to a customer, click the email or text icon to send to the customer
Appointment Defaults
Under Settings > Edit Types you'll see the option to Create Defaults for each type of service. Prefill standard appointment options such as duration, color, billing details and notes.

When viewing an appointment select the Email button
You can also mass email by selecting multiple appointments from the Appointment List page
When sending an email to a customer, it will send from your company service email. The email will include your company logo and any custom ‘customer notes’ you may have saved for that appointment.
